Charleston County residents only: show photo ID (driver's license or passport); a utility or tax bill with photo ID is also accepted. Commercial businesses and contractors may not use the centers. Double-axle trailers, box trucks and moving vans need an appointment: (843) 720-7111. No shingles, bricks in bulk, tires on commercial loads, boats, cars or gasoline (gasoline only at Bees Ferry).
